How to manage your payment method
If you need to change your banking details, or the way you pay - simply hop onto the WebApp and do it there - instantly. Here’s how.
First things first
Make sure you’re logged into your GoStudent account. If you need some help with that, click here.
Follow these steps:
Step1 - In the top right-hand corner, click on your name.
Step 2 - From the menu that appears select “Membership”.
Step 3 - Click on “Update Payment Method”.
Step 4.1 - For SEPA payment (EU ONLY): Enter the required information and click “Add new payment method”.
Step 4.2 - For Credit Card payment: Enter the required information and click “Add new payment method”.
BACS / Direct debit
For UK customers, when changing from BACS / Direct debit payment method, we advise you to remove the direct debit mandate from your bank account.
This can usually be done via your online banking or by contacting your bank.
