How to pause your membership:
We know how tricky life can be, that’s why we’ve made it possible for you to put a temporary hold on your membership should you suddenly need to. Here’s how:

Your pause credits
The amount of times you’re able to pause your membership is based on the length of your contract:
6 months = 0 pause credit
9 months = 1 pause credits
12 months = 1 pause credits
18 months = 2 pause credits
24 months = 2 pause credits
36 months = 3 pause credits
First things first:
Make sure you’re logged into your GoStudent account, and that you’re looking at your individual lessons. If you need some help with that, click here.
Now follow these steps:
Step1 - In the top right-hand corner click on your name
Step 2 - From the menu that appears select “Membership”
Step 3 - Select “Pause for one month”
Step 4 - A confirmation box will appear containing important Terms & Conditions. If you accept them, click “Pause Membership”

Step 5 - Your membership will now show up as paused
